Yo. I believe it was a user called Pansku if I remember correctly. I'm also interested in this. I'm the one with a bolt modded IBM M SKK. I believe 2-3kg is pretty close though.

Yea I was the one who wanted to know the weight as IIRC it was quoted 7lbs or so in elecplus' website.

They will be with you this month ( or at least sent out this month)
I have started calculating what the import duty will be.
You should start getting PMs the next few days at latest Thrusday

Just calculating shipping now.
I am just working out the best way to do it for all. You know transparency and all that
First charge will be the import duty.
The total was 241 but i am cutting the fees off. Without the fees it works out at 20% of your items value.
Total shipping cost was as follows
The biggest box was 89.25
The 2 F104 was 116.98
The 2 SSK was 118.01
The last box was 122.55
Total 446.79
( All above are in USD)
The simple way to do this would be to just divide the shipping costs evenly that would be 31.91, however this is not fair on the people who just have one small keyboard, if the 104 and SSK people split there shipping evenly and the rest of us Apple and misc boys split the rest that would work out at 21.18 each for none SSK / 104 people.
Not sure the best way to do that.
The final leg of your shipping will be about 10-15 GBP based on where you live
What do you guys think ? What do you think is fair ?

Absolutely not worth it in the end for Fs and SSKs, but the spread seems fair.

by elecplus
The shipping was higher on the F104 and SSK because of the value of the keyboards. If I had not insured them, then it would have been a bit cheaper, but then if they had gotten lost or crushed...

OK All calculated

A few notes before you rush to pay.
As it totally sucks for the SSK and 104 boys if you had another item i have absorbed the US to EU shipping for your cheaper item for you
Its one keyboard per box for the EU leg of the trip, i can try to squeeze them into one but i cannot guarantee that it will get to you intact if i do that, PM me if you want me to try. Again all risk if we do this will be yours.
If you have a small item like caps or that solar panel they can fit in the box with the keyboard
Speaking of boxes , i have absorbed most of the cost of the packing material , but a 1USD charge for the box + packing offsets the cost a little for me .
If your happy , please pay me in GBP via paypal. If there is an issue please PM me first.

Ouch, this hurts a lot more than I expected.
How tight would it be if both my boards would be shipped in one box?

Isn't it cheaper to tape the boxes on top of each other or something^^?
