Oh well I just realized this was supposed to go to the Round 5/6 thread but anyways ...
My only concern are the "above-numpad" caps of the 1800 layout.
The "Ins-Home-Pgupdn-end-del" block ... what row profile are you suggesting for these caps in the 1800 layout following the Space Cadet philosophy? I haven't seen any compatibility kits for these layouts and couldn't even find an all-R1 kit for these nav cluster keys which is usually the solution in other profiles. With the distinct R1 profile of SA, I am uncertain if all-R1 is the way to go here and thought maybe there is an R3 kit for those keys hidden somewhere in the Round 5/6 keys?

Here is what I can offer you:

Okie cool ... I am preparing my Round7 order
So another big question ...
The international kits from Round6, especially the SPH and CREAM kits, will they be 100% matching the VIOLETCREAM and GREY alpha kits from Round7 ?
It just strikes me as add that the two international kits offered in Round 7 are almost TWICE the price of the Round6 international kits and even contain fewer caps since the tertiary legends were abandoned.
Will there be additional INTERNATIONAL kit color options available? Would love to see the "CREAM-ON-COLOR" versions of some more international kits. I don't think we need all COLOR-ON-CREAM variants though ...

If you look back a little, 7Bit said that the legends on Round 7 are a little smaller than round 6 so they won't match 100%.

That's insane ... does that mean all the alphanumerics will be new molds ?
But regarding the colors of cream, beige and violet ... we're good there?

It will be the other way round. Round 7 comes with larger legends to match the cadet keys.
Colors should match.
... except the grey ...

What about international kit prices? They really going to be 90€ each?
And additional international color options? come oooooooooooon
Okay so I took a closer look at at this:
Colors are:
GDC, RA, VCS, BFP, RDE and WCK.
- GDC is new to the show
- RA has been used in Round 4 for red ESCAPE key etc.
- VCS is the same as in the inital run of VIM keys.
- BFP and
- RDE are the same as in Round 4 and 6
- WCK is similar to WV in Round 4. The current WV is totally different, so I had to change.
- WCK has been used for Cream Cheese and Green, BTW.
So the Cream has changed from WV to WCK giving us potential color mismatches when using Round6 Cream international kits with Round 7 violet-on-cream alphanumerics. Especially when it's the keycap color and not the legend color ...
The new grey matches neither last round's Grey-Grey nor the SPH-Grey?
All other stocking international kits have white legends and are out as well. As much as I would love to buy some more round 6 international kits in preparation for round 7, I don't see a real match. Without ALPHAINT kits those international kits will be hard to sell.
Maybe disable ordering of ALPHAINT kits when their stock is equal of below the stock of the corresponding INTERNATIONAL kit.
I mean all that feedback is probably a little late but your GBs are just too complex for my brain, I always need a little while to get into the structure and understand kits & colors and unless I am ready to order, I can't motivate myself to do that.

Regular price would be $45. But onlt if they are all sold.
WCK is also used in Round 6 because WV looked completely different from what we had in Round 4. If SP did/does not mess up the color, they match.
OK, so I add INTER kits in all colors ...

Is it to late to suggest an option of either violet or gray modifiers with RGB legends? I feel like this is one of the signature features of this set and it's only in one option with the cream base.
Penumbra for reference showed us how colored legends look on a dark base.

AAAH man you are giving me heart attacks!
So eh ... not ALL colors for international kit, just the ones I like
Which alphanumerics sell better ? Color-on-cream or cream-on-color? Maybe just do one of these variants for all colors ...

There will be all of them and if there are too few orders, they get skipped!
Remember, the most successful color is produced first, but if there are enough keys to let that most successful color go into production, I might remove unsuccessful kits first.

LOL seriously this is insane. Just imagine the confusion about which kits are still "openly" available and which ones are in-production leftovers and which ones are in-stock leftovers ...
Will I get some feedback when parts of my order was locked for production?
I usually drop out of larger orders (or parts of them in this case) when matching international kits fail ... please consider that an option

All I want is to speed up things this time. It is really difficult to run a group buy with so many extra options.

No doubt about that!
Well maybe you could already group the kits into "Production Groups" so that it becomes obvious right from the start which kits are in the same boat production-wise.
And later once a production group is closed on moves to production, you can flip a switch on the group instead of leaving it to the users to figure out which kits are in which state.
This would also help customers to put their whole order into one production group rather than picking 1-2 kits from other groups and then complain about their order being split. I'd probably rather binge out on 2-3 colors that I am very faithful in than get something from every color available.
The RGB kits also give me a headache, when will they be ready? After all the included colors went through production?

Tertiary legends were dropped in the international kit.

Yes. The rule is: 2 legends per key is enough!
@Wodan: precisely! You should have joined earlier to speed thing up a bit.

I understand the idea and the design. However it would be pretty sucky for someone coming to a keyboard and trying to do some work and he cannot find these symbols: [, ], }, {, \, $, £, @, |, ~
Might offcourse help to have anyone elses greasy fingers away from the nice caps, but this is a little too fashion over function for me.

My first computer had a rubberdome keyboard with model F like layout and German legends.
Because it was more convinient fopr programming and because the language specific keyboard driver took too much RAM, I've thrown it out and types on that German keyboard in it's native US-ANSI-layout. I've never looked back.
The key caps are all about aestetics, not about functionality. Nobody really needs Cadet- or ASCII- control legends, but they look nice.
Give me a few days and I upload all the colors and some add-on kit for cadet and ASCII support.

That is pretty nice.
I agree and also disagree.
However I might be too picky. But I have had too many experiences with my swedish keyboards here in norway (a good reason for me to get new NO caps actually), and I also bought an insanely expensive laptop with US-keyboard just because I could get it early and with some extras. For instance I had it to a friend once who was gonna help me with some apache - I just couldn't get that code to work the way I wanted, luckily he knew 5 programming languages, but unluckily he couldn't be bothered with my US keyboard so no help there and I ended up not using the best workarounds (shhh).
So long story short, I just said to myself - never again a keyboard that I cant sell or have a friend show me something on, I'm just not good enough at these sideprojects to never need help
But yeah its way way better to atleast have the legends that are there - showing at the right place, bc with a US keyboard they are almost in the right place but not quite hehe, a little mind-fuck if you need to look at the keyboard.
I also want to point out that I haven't committed to get anything yet from the Round-7, but you never know

I like the simplicity of having a single base color, but maybe needs something to spice it up:

Another odd thing about the ordering options. While there are keyboard kits that contain Creme-Text-on-Color-Mods for all the new RGB colors, the single mode kits are missing all the full color options:
ALGOL | MODIFIER | TEXT
Only the Grey-on-Creme and Creme-on-Grey and RGB-creme/rgb-grey variants are available ...
The Symbol modifiers offer all possible color variants though.
I'm a man of text modifiers and was wondering if additional text modifier kits will be offered ...
