Yep... chances are this will end up cancelled and perhaps will do some smaller things again instead. I probably won't try full sets again unless can negotiate smaller more manageable MOQ with GMK.

I was thinking to do something else, but it will be classic like and would go along with black/white sets very well.

I have decided to leave the ordering open ended, or otherwise consider the buy to be on hold while still accepting orders. I will leave it going until either MOQ is reached, or if GMK decides to change their policy on minimum order amount.
In the meantime, I have put in a new request for some smaller packs along the lines of what we did the first time. I'll post a new thread for that once I have all the relevant details.

GMK should realize that selling 100 sets is better than not selling 400.

Their MOQ system is completely broken. How is it more interesting for them to sell these tiny Escape sets with 3 keys and 5 colors each than to sell full sets with two colors only, with a much higher total of keys (and of money, accordingly)?

Yes - even 100 units of the base set is a lot of revenue :s

Yes you would think so... some money is better than a lost sale. Hopefully in the near future they will reconsider their policies to be more accommodating to smaller orders.
GMK is not the only ones though. Both BSP and the factory that is used for imsto stuff both have similar MOQ. Tai Hao have similar MOQ requirement... so does Devlin for complete sets. When it comes down to it only SP have such accommodating small order and the community has just simply been spoiled by that.

We should praise and glorify SP for that!

I would like to try and get this moving again. I have streamlined this buy to be ONLY the white/grey full set... and an additional add on for some extras that is TBD on contents.
Unfortunately there is just not enough interest to try and keep the additional language packs at this time.

So where did the white/black stuff go? I will kick that off separately soon along with blank barebones patch kit, EDox patch kit and more.

Windowed, stepped handbag capslock?? Oh damn, I hope that's in the additional or extra pack.

There will be nothing the same in the add on pack that exist in base. Add on pack will probably be generic key with number only numrow and blank to substitute all the US/GB punctuation key, some additional blank to accommodate some other layout, 1x mod for 1800 and other, some extra windowed function key and perhaps some relegendables. Perhaps will also do bare minimum for A row and F row profile for some old school.

That's a mistake on the render... There will be 1 Alt and 1 Alt Gr for each size. I have been lazy to fix it.

My negotiations have been a success, from now on our MOQ on doubleshots with GMK is 250. We are half way to the new 250 goal so lets push on and try to get this completed.
