I have an IBM 5110 with this disk drive. It's super heavy and made it in pieces when shipped
The 5120 doesn't need this drive as it has them built in.

Very nice, I've been wanting one of those for a while. Does it have a normal connector for use with other computers?Chyros wrote: NIB IBM P70 keyboard in the UK:

It's at £29 right now. Alps plate spring; really nice switches.
You're not the only one who would like it.Harshmallow wrote:Very nice, I've been wanting one of those for a while. Does it have a normal connector for use with other computers?Chyros wrote: NIB IBM P70 keyboard in the UK:

Hehe, no worries Seebart - I can't actually afford it right now. The bidding war is all yours...and b****a'sseebart wrote:You're not the only one who would like it.Harshmallow wrote:Very nice, I've been wanting one of those for a while. No, but it is PS/2, so you can chop the end of the connector and stick a PS/2 connector on the end.Harshmallow wrote:Very nice, I've been wanting one of those for a while. Does it have a normal connector for use with other computers?Chyros wrote: NIB IBM P70 keyboard in the UK:

Seriously...White Alps was like the Cherry MX Blue of the 90's. I wish they had kept Blue Alps around for a longer run :/seebart wrote:Nice, too bad it's "only got" SKCM white's.Jimi14 wrote: Phillips keyboard with white alps and interesting layout

Are they that much worse? (Compared with simplified/clones?)Harshmallow wrote:Seriously...White Alps was like the Cherry MX Blue of the 90's. Edit: I suppose Cherry MX Blue was also the mx blue of that period since they were popular as well...whatever, my point still stands.
No no, they're great - at least in good condition (and preferably pine white Alps), I just meant they were in everything.Jimi14 wrote:

This keyboard is on my list of keyboards to take pics of. I'll have to check if my Mac Portables are all the same. I have the numpad too and, if I recall correctly, it's got different coloured switches.
Those are alps???Mattr567 wrote: Ohh shit it's the original keyboard and numpad from the Macintosh Portable!!! AEK caps and SKCM Salmon it looks like. Found a picture of one without a cap. I've always wondered what these were. Good prices too! I would want it but I have no need for it. OEM AEK 60% in a way

Well, just posted my pics and they're gone already! What colour switches did you get?
And this just went for $160 shipped.//gainsborough wrote:I saw that - $117 or something crazy. Makes me feel better about that kb-101a that likely doesn't work. Also, he posted another one:

Ill let you know when I get the board... hoping for nice oranges!snuci wrote:Well, just posted my pics and they're gone already! What colour switches did you get?

True, but her (I presume) ebay name is one letter away from being OilyCowGirl.Harshmallow wrote: Fishy listing alert - should be pretty obvious though. The two photos actually showing a Model F AT appear to be from different boards and the 3 photos in between are of a different model of keyboard entirely. Seller has low feedback too.
