That Heath HTX-10 is such a pretty board though, I would just keep it on display lol. Congrats on that Focus board Gainsborough...you really need to give your wallet a break now lol.

v nice caps, no clue what switches - maybe alps? Can't see clearly in the picture but the caps key looks like it has an alps style LED on it

Found a guy selling an IBM 3278 locally for around $180. Wasn't sure if it would be a good buy or not, since I can't find much info on prices online. So, is it a good deal or should I ask for lower?

Depending on the condition it's either a good deal or a great deal. Only if it's completely rusted is that too much money for it. Of course, you could always try to haggle if you don't expect any competition.

That's an XT, but yeah its totally worth 10$... whoever goes to get it has to pick up the matching 5150 and 5151 as well.

It's a Unitek K-256 and there's a very good chance that it has Taiwan Jet Axis switches. That's what I harvested from a K-256 last year.

That 5155 would actually be useful to me to complete mine- I'm missing those front rubber feet/trim pieces, the folding back cover panel that goes over the I/O and the extra drive would be nice.
