Yeah it looks like the Chicony 5191, it's very near me locally I may get it just to find out and possibly this one is good for some wiki pictures.

The first one is rubber, the second is much worse; Cherry MY! xD

But the second one has thick PBT keycaps, although lasered ones...

No idea, but you can actually get new old stock White Omrons from China on such websites like alibaba.com, though they don't fit any standard PCB unfortunately. You almost need a different omron board to just do a switch swap with if you want to actually use them. They can actually be used to repair Orange omrons too if you have some bad ones as the switchplate is the same and that's the part that would electrically go bad
