Whoa! I expect ebay purchases to be nasty, but that is above and beyond.

Tried to snipe this for under $100 but some absolute madmen shot the price up in the last few seconds. Is it actually even worth that much? These specific ones are so rare(on ebay) I cant even get a decent baseline.
Dell AT101 Old Logo with the blue pbt caps:

EDIT: This is about as good as the link gets now.

Elrick, open that page again and look at the word "listing" in the phrase "The listing you’re looking for is no longer available." - it's a link to the actual auction that ended.

Yeah it's eBay's new way of redirecting people to other listings when they look up old ones. I find it very annoying personally.

Yeah, selected the same link again and NOW I get this felching comment from Flebay;
"The listing you’re looking for is no longer available. Check out this similar item we found for you".
WHO the HELL wants a 'similar' listing, when all I have ever done is click on the original link and was taken there automatically (in the past).
Geez, Flebay is now pushing other junk links onto customers if an Auction ends but I want to see it for myself, I don't want Flebay picking EXTRA choices for me. What a rotten thing to do, this is a first for me in experiencing this new found nastiness of Flebay.

Ugh, that it annoying and confusing. The listing is still linked in the word "listing" though:

In truth, I've had good offers for Dell PBT keycap sets for a long time xD . I'd say this price is less exaggerated than the current prices for AT101Ws xD .

Yea the AT101W prices are ludicrous. Is it the caps that are worth more on those old logos or the salmon alps? I was trying to get it for the salmons (as I have yet to try them) then usb mod it and let the caps just be a perk.

Most likely the caps, Salmons are nice but not with the price premium.

I would be interested but not at the price point, it's probably going to end up going for $200+ easily.

oof that's a hefty sum:/ Sure is pretty though. There's a "regular" HiPro for sale for about a quarter of that price here:
https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/r247632129
but even that's a bit to rich for my blood. Then again, I'm not the biggest topre fan.

for some reason the last 108uws have gone for absolutely insane numbers, one hit 150,000 yen
if you want a regular 108ug it's best to go to amazon.co.jp instead, they're cheaper there

I believe that title belongs to Alps plate spring technically.

I know it isn't a great find but how much would you guys pay for individual amber alps switches? I am still a bit new to the alps game and would love to hear you guys opinions.
Thanks in advance

it was 151,000 Yen, I bid 150,000 thinking it would end up in the low 100,000s but meh

No more than $0.50/switch assuming bulk. For just one, no more than $4 shipped.
