Oh wow that's Alps madness Scarpia! Both nice.

I like the first one a lot, but I think the bokeh is distracting in the second.

You may be right - in the full uncropped photo the bokeh is outshined by the thin line of in-focus switches, but not as much in the crop. I really like the full size photo:

Also, thanks to Wodan for giving me the nudge I needed to get my Nikon D40 out again, after it's been sitting in a closet for more than a year -- it really is a wonderful tool. And now I've gone down a rabbithole thinking I should upgrade my camera housing to a secondhand bargain like the D90 or D5100.

I'm still quite impressed with Scarpia's Alps shots at the top of the page, good to see you picked one! Yes, the IBM LPFK is fun.

Unfortunately not, none of those are mine! All of those images are from here:

I notice a distinct lack of Symbolics (Space Cadet) entries on that wiki.

True, actually their content lacks quite a bit, but who am I to complain! Finding and documenting those old terminals isn't easy.

If DT ever does a male model version of the Pirelli calendar to raise some funds, you have one of the months locked up!!!
All playing aside, I think you looked the part quite well. Liked the pic

When I was like 13, the neighbours put out a huge stack of old magazines for recycling. I took a bunch of 1980s "Compute!", and my brother took a bunch of 1980s "Playboy". I think that explains so much today. What would my life have been like if American magazines had followed the Yugoslavian model.
Honestly, I was more intrigued by watching the price change from issue to issue dramatically. "5 dinara this month, 500,000 next month"
