A little strange though, I don't recognize the switches that those have. I thought that multistations all had green, yellow, or less commonly black ALPS? Perhaps these are some odd rubber dome version? A close up switch shot would help determine, but I don't exactly speak Japanese to request a picture ;)

It's documented. Those are Alps Plate Spring switches.

To my miserable eye-sight, looks like a membrane and/or scissor switch model.

He was careful not to show any back photos to help further describe what he's selling, always avoid such sellers.

Is that a buckling spring ?

it has brown alps for the full sized keys and uses compact alps for the .5u tall keys. That thing went for a very good price.

I wish people would just desolder and replace the switches, these scalpers are ruining vintage computers.

Nice layout for something so small.

LOVE the isolated 'FN' key, why don't they do that anymore?

Very logical and you could easily find it with your fingers whilst not looking at the keyboard at all.

Whoever got that was very lucky. That would've been a good price even four years ago xD .

Decent looking board with what appears to be pine SKCM Whites. Unfortunately the stem of the Up Arrow switch is broken. https://www.ebay.com/itm/202523061220

Ooooh! Very early whites, no Alps logo on the top housing, some folks (like me) can't tell those from blues.

What, no F31 and F32? Way to ruin my productivity, Amkey...
BTW, IIRC those are Cherry solid state capacitive, or otherwise probably MX black. The former make a pretty good noise ^^ . Quite 'spensive though.
I think they're foam & foil, but I'm not sure which brand. I've never seen any like this before and my wiki-fu is failing me.

I've been on the lookout for one of those! IDK how I missed that since I have been keeping (I thought) a pretty close eye on ebay! Maybe I'll snag the next one. (or find one in a haul, that would be a hoot)

There must be some ebay bots that notify and auto buy such keyboards

I use an app called BayWatch on my iPhone to get fast notifications on new matches for eBay searches. That’s how I found a Mode F XT for $12 last week.

I don’t doubt that some people go beyond that and implement their own sniping bots via the eBay API.

There used to be a way to do it in eBay itself but it looks like they have phased that functionality out. I'll look into a phone app though, hadn't thought of that.

That is a horrible idea. I'd be destitute if I had something like that
