White Alps Focus 2001, some keys don't work, looks like it just needs a little TLC, a steal for 30 bucks!

Might be Cherry M8 switches with MX compatible keycaps like in other older video editing equipment such as Abekas.

Very nice restored and modernized IBM Model F 4704 from a DT member.

It's not my cup of tea, don't like huge battleship keyboards....

That looks like an amazingly cheap price in light of recent events.

Thanks for the shoutout
Hoping it sells for a good price, using the money to help a friend out with some vet bills

That's tragic... the vets don't half rob you.

The seller's feedback isn't exactly great. Not sure what the description is on about either.. Bit dodgy considering it's listed as "New" condition when it clearly isn't.
The sale takes place under exclusion of any guarantee, warranty and acceptance, only to businessmen or export trade according to § 474 ff BGB. The sale to private persons takes place only as scrap / old material! The articles offered here were examined by us (unless otherwise indicated) and are offered to the best of our knowledge and belief here. That is why there is no further negotiation and no change.
Oh, and the only listed payment method is bank transfer

Not sure if counts as great in the current state, but:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/IBM-MODEL-F-AT ... %7Ciid%3A1
Caseless, keycapless and LED PCB:less Model F AT, currently -30% off at US $52.50. Really decent price for restoration project. I allready had it one click away from purchase... but I just had to buy 100x Blue Alps yesterday. Some rarely heard sound of reason has appeared in my head and is stopping me from making that last click.

I've got one going spare if the auction doesn't work out, could do with the drawer space to be honest so you'd be doing me a favour!

I used to have one, it was alright. The switches feel like a mix of linear space invaders and Cherry MX Blacks. They are quite silent and bassy. Unbelievably stable!

Yup. Second smallest mechanical keyboard I have. Also one of the quietest. It’s not much bigger than my HHKB Type-S, and if anything quieter.
I’ve long wondered about making it Bluetooth, but it’s damn tight inside with that metal plate. You’ve almost nowhere to work.

It would actually be very nice if the springs were lighter. I think the switches could do with some lube as well - they're a bit rough.

If you need flippers to fix a few keys come to me still have about 60 F and 80 or so M left , you can have a few for free! Dont buy flippers at that crazy price.

Umm it already sold and was the keyboard unit without case, caps and LED PCB. Not just flippers.
Ebay must be showing you one of those "
