Leading Edge DC-2014 $225 Buy it Now. Not bad as these usually run 300 or more. It's dirty but cleaning is half the fun sometimes. Give these Blues a good home!

Super difficult to convert BUT there has been NO successful porting of this model keyboard, into the PC realm of today.
This type of keyboard would look best hanging on a wall in a sealed Frame for everyone to gaze and wonder at, decent Japanese keyboards linked to their own PC Systems made for the western world, at that moment in time.

Model F-122 :
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-IBM-Mo ... Sw64ZduJta
This is the second one I've seen this seller post up for bid.
I got the first one! Nobody outbid me, so sub $300 for a 1985 F-122 was not too shabby. Considering sometimes the bid wars go over $400 on some of these old boys.
Mine is in great looking condition and has no cracks or broken pieces, would almost be pretty confident that it was hardly used. The keys really look brand new. I'm really happy I finally got my hands on one of these beasts.

Be aware it seems that's not beam spring, but foam and foil, despite having look-alike keycaps and layout

The guy that lists those keyboards on ebay seems to think that every old keyboard is beam spring or something.

Okay now THAT looks like it is in pretty good condition, better than the one that I had before. Offered 120$ since that was how much I sold mine before

(and that I've already eaten my keyboard funding for the year)

I've given him an offer of 200Eur for that and the beamspring module, doubt that he'll accept it. To be sure, this is a 5251, right?

Yes, that looks like a legitimate 5251. In some of the images from its other listings you can see no less than six 5251 terminals stacked inside a cage container, maybe he has their keyboards lying around, or maybe someone noticed and they already flew away, who knows...
The listing for the rusted 5251 module has already reached more than 200 euros, so after all he was wise not accepting the offer.

It's an authentic Beam Spring, hence at any price it's worth it.
Would use it as a wall hanging once it's cleaned up and mounted properly. Very cherished art piece, worth far more to me than any Pollock or Hofmann.

I paid 800$ for mine and I regret it fully. I got it mostly for the VGC status so it better be very good condition and not decayed inside, or I'm returning it to the seller :/
