I have a Leopold FC200, could I just desolder the old switches and replace them with Greens? Also, are the Phantom PCBs going to be available again? Those require a filco enclosure, correct?
If the switches are platemounted, you need to desolder them, unless you habve the superior Phantom keyboard which lets you canges stems and springs at any time even though they are plate mounted.
I'm not sure if there will be a 2nd round of Phantom keyboards. I still have an ANSIWIN plate available.
You can also use a custom case

for the Phantom or use it naked

.
Nice phantom plug

Yeah I missed out that group buy 8(
The plate you have available is tempting, but having to hunt down everything else makes me 8\
I am
extremely in for a 2nd round if it happens though.
Hate to get OT here, but I'd love some resources on custom cases

I can ask if my supplier is able to get them and how many we have to take.
Sounds good. I hope the price is reasonable, otherwise I'll just have to keep salvaging them from POS board corpses. Is anybody else here interested in cherry micro-switches if 7bit can get them?

Payments from props_go_round and Grond have been received and marked as shipped for Paypal purposes (to keep them from locking up the PP account). Invoices may or may not reflect the payments yet. Keep checking this thread for the actual ship date. This only includes payments to me via Paypal. Note that the address on your Paypal emails is not necessarily the address 7bit will ship your switches to, he ships to the address on your invoice.

With a little luck, I will get the clears and greens before the next week-end and can ship most of the orders.

If I order 70x MXCLEAR (MX1A-C1NN) now, will you have enough left from this incoming shipment to cover it?

7:45 PM yesterday
Got the second invoice at around 1:40 AM today
Also my paypal account is different from the e-mail I initially gave for the order, not sure if this matters since I used the required order number in the text of the paypal payment

Yes, but I'm still waiting for these to ship to me.
Anything else already arrived and I will pack and ship the most of the orders over this week-end.

Ok so I ordered 70 MXCLEARs yesterday and paid the invoice (MX 0064) right away, now I added 5 MXGREYs and it sent me an updated invoice of same number containing both of the switches, should I just pay the difference between the newer and the older one now?

It takes a while for the payment to be marked on the invoices, give it a couple of days and it should update showing you how much extra you need to pay.

Is that 56 euro for 4 plastic switch bins?! That's kinda ridiculous...

I want to test the market.
You've got to order 1000 switches to get 2 boxes of which the 2nd one might be cut into half.
Nevertheless: Make me an offer.

Shipping would kill it for me. Zip-locks are good enough, and are practically free.

The shipping costs for those boxes are indeed higher. That's why they are a bit more expensive.
No matter how much stuff you order, shipping will stay at $5.

I had not added PayPal fees if someone does not select a payment method. Now PayPal is the default and so you get PayPal fees added:
Just ignore this. Sending these low sumd via PayPal is too expensive.
I will ship anyway, even if there is a bit missing.
edit: I just see that your items are marked as shipped, so your switches are packed and will leave the shipping center tomorrow or on Monday.

Shipping center? I thought you were sending them...
Will paypal be the default from now on so that this doesn't happen again?

Yes, in both group buys. You also can pay in EUR if you like (just order the PAYEUR kit).
