Any news here?
Highly interested in the shipping schedule.

Hi, Everybody.
New PCB production is finished and we're going to process you packages.
Will start update your tracking code on paypal next week.
It's about 1 week delay to start process it from our plan.
And should update all code before Mar 14.
Which is still 2 weeks early than schedule we promise.
Delay is because of we edit PCB parts from SMD USB to DIP USB port.
SMD USB port is really easy to get damage when shipping.
And the other hand.
We got some problem mount plate.
There's about 1mm less on the left and right side backspace position.
Which means there's only 1 layout on backspace, which doesn't fit our promise in GB detail.
So we have to edit it and place new order to fit our promise.
These defect plate will sell on our eBay store with lower price.
If you don't need 2 keys on backspace position.
You might consider to get them with good price.

Awesome move to make the USB Port DIP, that's how it's supposed to be.
@cookie: Yup, you can get the same components for good prices on aliexpress. This vendor even has an ebay store where he sells the same items. this GB was just great for a little discount
Really excited to try those SATAN PCB. Can't get enough cheap good quality 60% PCB

You guys should really package your things more nicely. I have never received anything as badly packaged as this. I ordered a plate from your ebay and it came with no package. I should have taken a picture, really, it's outrageous. It had a simple piece of foam, the plate and bubble wrap around it. That was it. The plate wasn't even even "sandwiched" in the foam, it was just held against it in one of the sides. No envelope, no box, nothing. My address was stamped in the bubblewrap.
Obviously the plate is bent everywhere. The plate is so flimsy that I should be able to use it non the less but you need to seriously improve your packaging.

Jesus H Christ on a bicycle, that's appalling. Glad I didn't join this GB then. I won't be buying a GH60 PCB from these guys...

How is the plate flimsy, is it thin?
Sorry to hear about the packaging, really put me off buying here too. Least with Aliexpress I will be able to get a refund for something like this (in theory).

I believe all postal services use trained monkeys along the way, anything can get broken.
post242740.html#p242740
This was a 1,5mm STAINLESS STEEL plate I sent to strafe in Australia.
I couldn't imagine such treatment, so I had packed it just with bubble wrap (about 4 layers each side).
In this case, an alu plate with so many unconnected sides is just asking for trouble. Should have at least two layers of stiff cardboard to protect it.

The alu is very "soft" so I was able to bend it back, mostly.

Hi,
We've shipped all orders.
I thought paypal will send mail when we change order status.
But seems it doesn't.
I realised this problem when some people ask about shipping last week.
All buyers can see your tracking number in your paypal invoice details.
If you can't find it, please mail us(
info@doyuaudio.com or
sy_yang@doyuaudio.com ).

Really sorry about that.
I think we've refund you?
I've ask staff package it with some hard sticks.
The foam we use if pretty thick(10mm), should thick enough to protect thing, but I found although it can provide good protection from some hits but easy to bend, So I put a long hard stick to prevent this problem.
Depend on the date you order, it should include the hard stick.
But seems your package doesn't have it.
I've ask staff make sure they pack it correctly again/
We don't use box because of 2 reasons :
1. Box provide bad protection unless we use big box, and items have enough space to cover with more bubble wrap but that will cost too high to ship it.
And bigger box weight over 200 grams, that means shipping fee for the box is over $4
(Volume weight is L*W*H/6000, use big box will be over 1 kg... that will cost $6 more if ship to USA)
2. Factory has no cutting die fit for 60% PCB/plate.
That means we have to make one and order a huge volume of boxes.

More or less good, I ordered the clear case because I was going to add RGB backglow, guess that's not gonna happen so soon now
Not to mention this isn't the first time I've had troubles with my order being wrong

I wasn't refunded but I don't need to be because I was able to bend it back together. I'd gladly pay 4$ extra for a good package. Cutting costs on packaging is a terrible idea on the long term, people who receive these kind of packages are unlikely to order from you again. They will probably get the other guys product even though it's extra 4$

mm,
yes, indeed it's a bad experience if item bent.
We received some complain of that so we've improved our packaging now.
And haven't get complain yet till we change the way to package it.
We might consider cutting die later, but it's cost really high at first batch -0-

Received my order in top shape, had to pick them up from customs though because of incomplete declaration on the outside of the shipment. German customs are very strict with that ... and a bit random

So I just received a parcel from your e-bay store and want to give some feedback.
Although the packaging was really lacking (just some foam and tape), everything got to me up and well. I ordered two of the "defect" plates, which only support 2u Backspace and one normal one (in titanium gray). And boy is the "normal" plate nice. The anodizing surface feels really nice and the anodizing looks really nice. Did you guys change your supplier between the two versions? Whatever you changed, keep it that way, the new ones are really good and a great bargain.
Also, why did you guys close your shop on ebay.de? Is there some other way for people from europe to order from you in the future?
