I have got the leds I bought working but they are too big, they don't fit into the holes. The original poker ones are tapered and are 3.19mm wide at the bottom and the ones I bought where ~4mm at the bottom. Does anyone know where I can source the some red leds in the right size?

You could probably file off enough to make them fit, if it's just the lip that's in the way.
