Regarding the pronunciation of Topre, I think the way I say it in the video is probably not 100% spot on, maybe because of my accent. The correct way can be heard in this vid. The word Topre is an amalgamation of the words Tokyo and Press. Most westerners pronounce Tokyo as 'Toe-kee-yo', whereas I suppose the Japanese would say it in two syllables like 'Toe-kyo' or if you are having trouble saying that 'Toke-yo' (420 blaze it, etc). So the start of the word 'Topre' is pretty much the same between Japanese and Westerners because we all pronounce the first part of Tokyo as 'toe'.
Press is the hard part because westerners will pronounce that pretty much as it's spelled, whereas Japanese will say it as 'Pu-re-su' or something like that. So really, I guess how you say Topre depends on where you are from and how you pronounce the beginning of those words. For us, I think 'Toe-preh' is probably fine, and Japanese will say 'Toe-pu-reh'.
