There is no Theme button at the bottom of my page! What am I missing here? I use Chrome.

Not seeing it on Firefox either, just the Deskthority dropdown.

I'm using Internet Explorer, maybe it's a browser issue.

I forgot. It's only available to club members who sacrificed a clickclack to the Keyboard Oracle.

I have started a Geekhack benefit T-shirt sale.

$5 from each sale will go to Geekhack for operating costs.

I contacted mkawa and he said that there was a strong likelihood that they would "need money".

Who knows, but it takes hundreds of dollars, at least, to do anything, these days.

I am a club member but do not want to sacrifice a Clack to the Oracle, so I can live for now with inverting the colors.

<GeekHAck>'s fallen in the wah-taa!

Enter Oobly, waits for audience applause, not a sausage.
Looks around, heeey, this place looks nice. Can I stay?

Can't believe I haven't posted here before now. Seems to be my kind of place. Guess I just got sucked in over at GH.

Takes about $2 to provision a server in AWS. Even less if you just use the free tier for your first year...

I strongly doubt that an EC2 micro instance would be sufficient for running GH though.

I hope it gets up again, I am interested in some news regarding a 1800 layout keyboard I ordered, the TX1800, and some other group buys, actually i can't believe it is down that long. I also can't believe that only one guy runs and pays a discussion board that big (is it like that?)! For me it was always slow, especially when they switched to https.

Despite the constant griping about DT and /r/MK from the Geekhack users what are the 2 safe havens now that GH is down.

Yeah GH always took like 30 seconds to load compared to 2-3 seconds for other sites.

I never complained about it. I check OCN, GH, DT, and /r/mk consistently, as the dynamics of them are different from site to site.

I've been a member of all three for about the same time. I have never really posted in /r/MK and DT until now though.

I always blamed it on Geekhack being hosted in the US as opposed to Deskthority in Europe, but it looks like it's slow for everyone.

I use Tapatalk, so in this stripped down version, both DT and GH are equally fast. I encourage all of you to use Tapatalk.
