I received my Invoice nr. #0828 but as I see I must to pay through a bank account which I haven't at this moment (I have accounts only for my country currency).So the question is: can I pay with pay pal or I must to wait until Monday and go to the Bank and make an account in Euro?

You need to order the PAYPAL kit.

For that stock part, what does that mean? That it's being stocked?

For my order, lets say i order 50 blues and you have 25 available. Do you set aside 25 then put another 25 in my order when you get your stock?

"stock" means that it is in stock. If amounts are less than 500, you would see something like :
