I don't think the bot responds to payments. You can just send him random text (titled 'dsfds' and contains 'ryhdfhg') and you'll get an invoice, it should say Amound Due: 0 EUR.

All in stock, so wait is a week at most, plus the time they need to arrive at your door.

Shipping is 4 EUR no matter how many switches or key caps you order.
