Good evening everyone!
Would anyone be so kind as to enlighten me on what keyboards these are and what switches they might have?
The bottom keyboard is a Sun Type 4. I think it has Key Tronic foam-and-foil switches.
Notice the left key cluster, Compose key, Control key position and Meta ⋄ keys.
(There are a couple of mentions in the Wiki, but no actual article)

Pretty sure it's a Datacomp with Futaba MA switches. I think I covered that exact model in a video.

Oh man! After a little digging around that's what I had figured out but at first I though it was a Monterey K2AX with SKCM blues...

You can define that by looking at keycaps. > stepped =alps

@ntv242 @kbdfr thanks for the insights!
buying fitting keysets seems to be a challenging topic in itself, any place here in the forum to get to know that road better?

I need some right help on this one. It's a square badged Model M terminal from the early years with a metal 240 degree DIN plug, non removable, and stubby feet. Which one is it? I just bought it on ebay for cheap as hell but I don't know what I'm getting into here.

Or the 670, yeah, but as far as I can tell, they don't have metal plugs.
According to the wiki, could be the 680, or a 1390305, maybe, but the image I can see of the 1390305 has more plastic on the DIN plug.

Yeah, quite surely it's 1390305 now.
found this after google:

Interesting board. No idea what it is but I can almost guarantee it has rubber domes.

The
shape of the keyboard case reminds me of a rubber dome keyboard that was super-common back in the second half of the '90s... but that style would date it from 1999 to only a couple years forward (copying the Tangerine iMac from '99).
Unikey/Chicony used that arrangement of 1.5u modifiers on the bottom row.
If you can see right through it, you can see that it has no plate and no PCB ...
A
Turbo key modifies how fast the keys repeat when held down.

This button is connected to the long weird feet under the keyboard. On my keyboard one of the feet wiggles, when I press it. Either something is stuck or I don't press hard enough. I'll find out, when I have the time to open and clean it.
An ingenious mechanism to lower the feet without turning over the keyboard?! Wow...
It's quite a nifty construction. Here's a video of the mechanics and 2 pictures of my cleaned keyboard:

I think that I had a buckling spring knock-off that looked like that many years ago.
It was dramatically inferior to an IBM and caps and parts were not interchangeable..

Hi folks, my first post here. Picked up this keyboard. It has no logo or stickers, and I don't know what it is. It has some German keys on it (ß), and a key saying "EXTRA TEKEN" which is Dutch. The connector is of a phone cord type.
Anybody knows what this is?
