Tomorrow we sill start invoicing!
Cancel your order now or forever hold your peace.
All incomplete or "weird" orders (you know who you are) will be removed!
Please understand that if you confirm your order now but you don't pay the invoice, all the community is paying for your keycaps... and actually we have such a small buffer that if more than a few is not going to pay, samwisekoi is paying from his very own wallet!
So if that happens, will we be able to (as individuals, not you or samwisekoi) "pick up the slack" and take some of those extra orders? Not that I really need more...

I'm ready to get this show on the road.
I agree about more sphericals! Assuming the rest of this GB goes smoothly, how about we do a new SA Sphericals group buy and bring back the Space Cadet sphericals from Round 4 and add some more colors for good measure?

Hey all. I'm new to the forum and missed the deadline for the group buy, but at the suggestion of matt3o, I'm gonna ask: would anyone be willing to include some keys for me in their order? I'm looking for kits 1-4 plus a spacebar, and I'm willing to pay a bit extra for the inconvenience! If anyone would like to take me up on it, please let me know!

This will be easier if you put your country of residence in your profile.

Good point, thanks! I'll add it momentarily, but I'm in the US, Massachusetts, zip code 01960.

that shall not happen!
if it happens, we will find a solution (which probably involves me and other volunteers buying the dropped keys).

fortunately the majority of dropped orders have been merged with others. In fact the total value didn't change that much.

Is there any ETA when production will start, be finished, and shipping will start?

Guys, anyone from UK ordered something here and willing to add few kits for me too? I would of course pay my bits, vat, customs, delivery... I can't believe I didn't think about that before... kinda last minute request;)

the most alert of you would have already noticed a small important addition to the upper part of the OP

Excellent news about the stepped Capslock! I personally don't use them but I know many who do.
Also thanks a bunch to Matt3o & Co for all the shipping adjustments a few days ago. Now I can buy all the keys I originally wanted (and more!) without having to worry about spending so much on shipping costs. You've done a really stellar job here overall and I'm mega happy with everything to do with this GB.
I may be jumping the gun a bit here, but is there an IC thread or something to voice our wishlists for the next DSA GB that you've been talking about?

I had a dumb thought just hit me in the face: This being my first foray into the world of keycaps, when should I expect them to arrive after everything is said and done? Don't get me wrong — I'm not expecting them fast or anything. If, however, they're going to take a few months I need to consider changing my shipping address. I'll be moving out of this box when the semester ends in April.

Change your shipping address. It's going to be too close to tell.

Well, it looks like orders are closed for real now, so I can't change it. As long as it arrives before May I should be fine. Worst case the university will forward it to my parents' house if I'm already gone and I'll have to explain keycaps to them. Luckily it's not international so there won't be a customs form on the outside marking what its value is...

All orders are considered final! Now to invoicing.
what happens now
- We will make a final count of all keys and send it to Signature Plastics
- Signature Plastics will return us with the invoice
- This might take 24h so invoicing might actually starts tomorrow (Tuesday)
- The final price might still change a few bucks for so many reasons, so don't start sending money to your proxy yet
- The final price is the one you'll see on the invoice not the one on the order form. Invoce total takes into consideration last minute variations and special agreements you might have with samwisekoi (eg: no paypal fees for people who pay by wire transfer)
- Don't PM regarding your invoice. We didn't send them yet. When we start invoicing we'll put a clear notice on the forum

I'd take 4 (if this should not fit without increasing postage -> in exchange for 4 standard blanks)

So, will everyone be getting the stepped caps or did we have to put it in our order form?

no DCS stepped key will be ordered. no reason for that anymore.

4 deep dish blanks for me to, you can replace 4 normal blanks if needed

the deep dish keys will be handled separately I believe. I'll get all of them and I'll send them separately. Sorry about that.
I think I'll get 20 or 40 of them.

I sent email checks to all orders and some bounced back. this is very unfortunate, I'm now trying to contact them via the forum, but if we can't solve this quickly we are simply going to drop that orders.

If you send them from Italy I'll take 10, assuming shipping will be fairly cheap.

yeah, bubble envelop should be pretty inexpensive.
