I only recently started to add key caps.
Just order something from CherryMX or 7bot, and within virtually no time you get a key cap, almost for free!

Hey Hey, just wanted to check up on Order #0949, did you receive the money?
Thank you very much for doing all of this!

Hey, everything in-stock for order 0744 arrived safely with extra M9 & spherical keycap cheers.
Will you be re-stocking blacks/dark grays? They've disappeared from the list.

No, I don't have a source for these. I will slowly refund the money you paid for those switches ...

Hey 7bit,
I requested a refund (sent a PM to CherryMX with subj = "Refund XXXX"). I got a reply: an invoice - the description field says "refund" and it describes the right amount & address, etc. but at the end of the email it says "order more or request a refund."
Is my refund "processed" and on the way or do I have to follow up somehow?
Cheers,
K

Hey 7bit, I've received a Cherry MX Brown from my order #0475 in the mail this week. Unfortunately, I saw that you had removed the MX Black and Linear Grey from your list, which I haven't received out of this order. Will the ordered MX Black and Linear grey ever be shipped?

Hey 7bit, what's the hold up with the M9s? I thought you wanted to get rid of those!
Anyway, it's been so long I've moved house. How do I go about changing the delivery address?

Since this is all the same bot, presumably these numbers are the same ones from the Round 5 Grab Box thread?

Yes and also the same for Cherry UK sellout.

Hello 7bit,
I'm a new user to this forums and I'd love to know how could I order Cherry MX Switches from you!
Your prices are the best I've seen around and I'd like to order some (around 88 blues, or browns, still to decide).
Thanks in advance.

Just send a message to user CherryMX:

NW are PCB and platemountable (for almost all community keyboards, like GH60, JD40, ErgoDox, or Hyper)
DW are with diode in the switch. You can take it out to solder it somewhere else, or wait for the next generation of Hyper keyboards and solder the switch in as it is, complete with diode.

What about cherry silent switches, they will be available in about six months?
Posted: 04 Oct 2015, 15:28
by Muirium
Sure. Six months on Jupiter.
The clear bodied ones aren't available yet. They came out, what, about a year ago? Imagine the same sort of delay.

Too bad... It's a corsair exclusivity for six months.

I will not pre-order them. I did things like that and will never do again.
Better order switches that I have in stock, until I have them!
BTW: It might happen that I can't source any more Cherry switches.

For an homemade keyboard, a DYI, which ones should I get? NW or DW?
Thank you!

If you solder them together with wires, DW would be a better choice. If you use an existing PCB (like GH60, Phantom, JD40, currently available Hyper PCBs), you would need to take the diodes out.
