I don't think iMav understands modern Internet culture and is stuck in BBS days.

He also doesn't appear to know how to respond to a PM on his own BBS! My thread was unceremoniously CLOSED, after being sanitized of all useful posts, and I was curtly told to PM iMav if I wanted further info. I did so, and have yet to get a response. :-/

Well, OK, there is no kerning on the geekhack esc key font. So I guess you're saying there should be? Too sophisticated for me, I have a geekhack key and it looks like fine to me with no kerning. I date back to monospaced fonts and in some scenarios I find them easier to read, so doesn't bother me really. Count me in the great unwashed masses I guess.

I'm not monitoring GH like before. But tonight I did post in a soldering iron thread (that had the year old babe pic deleted) and on the leather Ducky mod asking about some details. So I don't know if content is still disappearing GH wide or not. I don't have the continuity. Working 10-12 hour days for El Salvadoran slave wages will do that.

Which Al Pure did you get? Orange LEDs with MXreds? That is vying for top spot in my stable lately, and it works (with LEDs on, but not ALL at full brightness) on the iPad!

As my trauma/drama unfurled, I got a call from a company I had contracted with in the past. I actually lost about $20K on a contract due to their ineptitude and my generosity. They recently fired a lot of their high dollar losers, and asked that I come into their operation to consult and do some fundamental grunt work to get them jump started. Promised more wages, been there 2 months, I'll give it another 2-3 and see where it's going....dunno how it will work out longer than that. My perspective will change as things in my life continue to improve.

Yeah, RL sucks.

However this KBC Pure Orange Aluminum with Red Cherry types like a fucking DDD cup Cloud of Boobs, glows and is quite cheery, especially since I figured how to turn on the FCN LED. I thought for sure I had a fucking dead light!

Does iPad 3 support all LEDs on at max brightness, and all three white LEDs on? That's when my iPad 1 craps out.

I notice as the evening goes on you drink more.

I spoke to someone about buying their boat that's moored in the bay. I could slash my monthly expenses by $1700 month for 6 months minimum, maybe a year. Definitely would switch to iPad if I do that.
