How do you guys produce those fancy layout graphics? Anyway, here's how a Dvorak-Colemak add-on kit would look like. At least 29 keys, possibly more.
Maybe it's a bit off-topic as it has nothing to do with ISO but we can always turn this thread into a "popular-layouts-other-than-US-ANSI" discussion

It's looking like 300 is the minimum they will run for sets, so start trying to plan accordingly. Still don't have pricing, but I will estimate it at 90-120EUR depending on amount of keys included for various langauges.
Personally I would rather have the proper unique keys offered, but it will all depend on numbers that need those languages. If it's too small then it only makes sense to reach some compromise if it reduces the cost significantly.
Maybe can you create a poll in the OP for each language option to start getting a rough idea?
