I think that's price include blank kit. I hope 7bits can seperate to Honey/allblankkit (blank kit) and honey/alllegendkit (Legend kit). It's better.

My question is, if the price dropped (here's hoping), what will happen?

If the price drops below your payment, you add more keys to your order and pay for the rest, once prices are fixed.
All other colors are also available:

I bet he has a function to calculate that, based on legend complexity as well as number of caps and overlap with other kits.
Or maybe it's just a number after all.

It depends on the the number of each key. The price quote was for 100x STANDARD, TKL and ALPHA kits and 25x everything else. Some keys are in more than one kit, so the number of ordered kits alone does not say much.
Most of the grey/white keys are no problem, but orders for red and black stuff are a bit low.
Here is a little statistic to roughly show where we are, with target quantities in ()s:
HONEY Alpha kits |90 (100)
HONEY Modifier kits|79 (100)
HONEY Nordic kits |16 (25)
HONEY Numeric kits |33 (25)
RED Alpha kits |11 (25)
RED Modifier kits| 7 (25)
RED Nordic kits | 4 (25)
RED Numeric kits | 6 (25)
RED Modifier kits is not so bad as it looks, because there are a lot of them in HONEY/FUNCTION/RED with 26 orders!
More love for red alphas would be nice!

HONEY/FORTY is mainly an ALPHA kit with a few modifiers, so it does not matter if there is 1 or 100 orders for it.
Problematic are only those special key kits like FUNCTION and MODEXTRA* etc.

normally, i will send a link R5 wiki to my friends. They can order any kits they like. After collect all orders, we will send it to 7bits.
Most of them would like to order when all kits completed.

Yeah, I've ordered the SPH/Repair kit, but waiting for Honey/TKL/Black kit to have all black keys before I add to my order.

The alphas struggle quite a lot to make it up to MOQ. I doubt it will be a good idea to add black alpbhas as well ...

To get the CherryMX 30th anniversary rebate, the deadline is tomorrow, but I will not be so strict if someone pays on the 15th.
For bank payments, I allow a bit longer time (at most a week), because it is slower.
