Looking at the PCB pics, I would say: Cherry MX.
If so, rather unusual keycap shape:

These do look like Rafis, or rather: like Siemens STB. Siemens made great mechanical boards in the 1970s and 80s, but then they turned to making "professional quality" rubber-dome keyboards like this one. It should be from the early 1990s, where they still mimic their mechanical STB keycaps, before they introduced their idiosyncratic rubber-dome keycaps in 1993.

For that price it had better be a Model F in disguise with serial number 001. Pfft.

It's quite likely endued with Mandolin crystals, though.

Sadly, they still don't offer buckling spring caps, let alone sphericals. ಠ_ಠ

They actually do offer spherical keycaps and of course they don't offer buckling spring keycaps. I'm not sure why you would expect that to happen.

I have to wonder what that guy's thinking lol. Not even an NIB industrial Model M would go for that much.

He is also offering pick-up in Berlin, for those who are very cautious.
I wouldn't be too worried, however, many sellers hate Paypal because it gives buyers the option of refunding as they wish, even if they did receive the article, they can get a refund if there is no proof that the goods were delivered.

"Oberlehrermodus" is pretty much wiseacre on a professorial level. A large part of the german population acts that way. Now that you`re in Germany you might notice that DanielT.

For the Cherry ignorant, like me, is that board thick or thin PBT?
Not much use for me in any case. No winkeyless bottom rows on anything but my IBMs.

It's thick PBT, as far as I know only the laser printed caps are thin PBT. Again for me Cherry PBT are worth nothing being that "Classic Beige" that I don't really fancy. Only exception is SSK
