Well, the seller seems to know the going rate, but with that many, I would think they could sell them all quickly if they dropped the price 20%. I am sure they would make a huge profit either way.
True, quite unusual to see a sale like this. Another indication that it has caught on that there is profit to be made on SSK's.

This one should have odd Cherry clones or regular Cherry switches.

I was doing some googling for IBM stuff and found an old thread for this pedal. I don't think these are too widespread and I got the impression they were fairly rare.

I see you've found my auction. Shipping alone is a little over $2 for me on a single switch to the USA, and if they were to sell internationally, it's through the ebay global shipping program, so I still have to pay to ship it to their USA shipping center. And don't forget about ebay final value fees!

So yes, I might just make a couple dollars to let someone try a switch that they might never otherwise get to. Price seems pretty fair to me especially when the cheapest you can get a single new MX switch is $3 shipped from China.

I've definitely personally been in situations where I've wanted to try a certain switch and I would have loved to pay this much just to see what all the hype was about. If it's not worth it to you, then don't buy one!

Who got the XT so cheaply? And how did I miss the auction's end?

(Congrats!)

What's the "privat" about next to the winning bidder's name?

http://offer.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?V ... 7675.l2565

Private, I presume. But what that mean??

Anyway, that was sure a lot of bidding action for such a low price in the end. I'm used to seeing that kind of bid list on three figure items.

The bidding list sure looks like a case for Sherlockbdfr!

It means that you're not able to see the written feedback, only the stars. You're not able to sell anything while your profile is set to private.
Well, it's pretty much useless... Unless you don't want anyone to see what you bought or sold. Ah, I miss the good old times when you could see every bidder on an auction!

I bet there are quite a few users who use that setting.

The computer has negative value. Like the PCB and switches in a G81!

True, it's either horrendous shipping or pick up only. Both suck. And that's a large machine.

I didn't notice that ComradeSniper was selling those. Oops.

The one I posted is a bit older, I think. Note the beige chassis and removable coiled cable.

Sorry I didn't post this but I picked it up for myself. I'll have some to post tomorrow though. This thing has MX blacks in it.

I also have 2 Dolchs (ANSI and ISO) together with the analyzer computers and those things are really cool. One of them works and I have no idea how to use it  , but sadly, the other one has a broken screen and I am seriously considering changing the screen and setting up a mini ITX system in it to be a small portable rig.

Consider yourself lucky Halvar, it's $923.68 to get it here. Totally worth it though!
