1. So am I correct in understanding that when you order a TLK or TLKBASE set that it does
not include a spacebar? I need to order the spacebar separately, yes?
2. Do all the sets go into production at the same time? Meaning that until the MOQ is met for everything in Round 5a, nothing at all gets produced? Or are things manufactured as their individual MOQs are met? Or some other clumping algorithm?
For instance, if I am reading my invoice(s) correctly, I am the only person who has ordered any of the 625 spacebars (which I ordered due to my assumption in question 1); does that mean I could end up with full sets of everything else and have no spacebars simply because nobody else needs/orders them and so their MOQ is never met?
Yes, no space bar included.
About MOQ: I will examine the results in the next few days and ask SP for a price quote. If everything goes will all kits will be available.
Pcs: number of pieces in a kit.
Can't be simpler!

Okay, so the intent (hope?) is for
everything (even items with zero orders) to go into production at the same time. Awesome!

Ah, I get it now.

Some of the posts upstream have me curious about the issue of missing/incorrect/broken pieces that arrive with an order. Given large orders (like mine), I figure it is almost inevitable. What is the protocol for obtaining missing keycaps and exchanging/replacing incorrect or bad keycaps? (I'm hoping the answer isn't "send a pm to 7bit" as those appear to go to /dev/null).

Currently, there where only a few issues of missing or broken items, so I could just feed them into the system manually.
Just pm me what is missing.
If I activate the bot-mechanism for reporting missing items, your've got to pm 7bot in the following way:
MISS
list of stuff that's missing.
Ideally you write which kit it is missing from, or provide a link to photos/graphics showing your kit with missing keys etc.

For round 5a, is the colour code for red RA or RAS?

RAS, like in Round 5.

is it normal to keep receiving invoices after paying roughly the 50%?

7bit, is it too late to change my shipping address?
I've just moved interstate.

So it seems the order deadline has been extended to 2015/09/30. Is that for 50% or the final payment if you paid only 50%?
I've paid 50% of my total order, but if I can order more until September 30 I gladly will.

What does it mean when you say that a kit "did not make it"?
And when you say "adapt the prices", how does that affect currently placed orders?

As long as your package isn't shipped you can change your address.
Just send the address part like this:
ADDRESS
D. T. User
7837 Custer School Rd
Custer, WA 98240
USA
to the bot and you should get another invoice with your updated address.

Also, I noticed that the latest invoice (received today) indicates that the other 50% is due within 7 days. Is that accurate? Can't remember if that was on my previous invoices...

7bit, for the purposes of the quote, did the interrobang make it into FUNCTION?

Yes, i'ts normal. The bot is never pleased, no matter how much you paid or how many items you ordered.

Prices will not go up, but some might go down. I've removed those unwanted kits, so you can't order them anymore.

Round 5a question. Just to confirm: [HONEYB/TKL/SPH] uses WV/GD white on grey (ROUND4/SPH) and [HONEYB/ALPHAINT/WHITE] uses NN/WFK black on white (Round5/HONEY). Different whites?
Posted: 17 Aug 2015, 18:18

Yes, these are different oclor-schemes with different greys and whites.
