Yep, only resistors for LED's are not. The PCB requires only switches in order to be fully functional.

I think I am down for 1x MX mini U and 1x Acrylic plate for MX-MINI U.

I don't know about the case, it depends on how much it'll cost and how it looks.
What about the acrylic plates? are they going to be 1.5mm or 4mm (IIRC) as some korean boards utilize?
