Go to geekhack.org. I get:

Connection Problems
Sorry, SMF was unable to connect to the database. This may be caused by the server being busy. Please try again later.

Seems OT but maybe some of their admins hang out here from time to time.

Our occasional outages are thanks to our host: Hetzner. GH's are, well, apparently software issues. Yikes.
