I've got request from Vermililan, he is one of the famous custom keyboard builder in KBDlab( http://kbdlab.co.kr ).
He have two outstanding project that we called Vergo(Vermillian's Ergonimics) and Alpetit.
I made this Alpitit II sample for Vermilian.
Here is a sample for Alpetit II, this sample is just acryl layered version with old alphs switches & keycaps.
This version is interesting one of my portfolio.
I don't have any experience of layered style design with acryl.
This request make me very hard but the result make me happy.

Yes, right. Vermillian, he assembled this keyboard with old apple II alps switches.
This guy is a geek of alps style.

I've designed a custom aluminium/brass CNC keyboard before, but I only made 1 prototype. I've wanted to make another much nicer one ever since, but getting CNC prototypes for a decent price is so hard. Is this something you could help with?

I see. Our group is a kind of factory guild. As you know the FabLab and Make play... they are just for amateur, I manage our factory guild for business. For real startups, small company amd community groups...whatever. For example... So I can offer free sample for proposer whom want to abstract or develop design to product.
Making the custom keyboard is just a kind of social contributions to me. I hope more people can make their idea to realize. If someone in DT who want to procceed custom keyboard project, I'll help him. Idea abstraction, design, rapid prototyping, sampling and production for GB...whatever I can contribute for... That's my puporse.
Also I have a lot of plans. Fisrt, I want more projects with DT memebers for more variable custom keyboards creation. Second, I hope to contribute to community beyond the custom keyboard...
Let you suggest or request to me for your idea to make it real.

That keyboard is beautiful kbdcraft! Where did you get such a nice AEK spacebar? Did you find it that way or did you use something like retr0brite? I have one I plan on using soon but the spacebar is yellow.
