I was certified on the local Tech Shop's water jet cutter today and am thinking of offering custom water jet switch plates to anyone interested.

For example: cutting a single Phantom switch plate out of 1.5mm 6061 aluminum will cost around $100. Harder materials will cost more; bulk orders may drop the price somewhat.

I'm not selling anything yet but I do want to see if this is something that folks here might find interesting!

Hmm, I've always wanted an Alps plate for my Duck Lightpad or a 75% Alps plate for the Duck Octagon, but I don't have any design files for said plates. D:

In any case, consider me interested in this proposal.
