As it happens, I do have the Greetech range of KBtalKing switches. I bought them from AliExpress without knowing what they were and when they arrived I noticed the tiny KBtalKing logo on them. I don't have any other information on them, and in fact no-one's even responded to my query about what's actually happened to KBtalKing (not even KBtalKing USA).
It's on my very long term to-do list.
By the way, picrothupr, if you want to be taken seriously you need to do better than this:
