Latest ErgoDox PCB revision supports Game Pads

This revision of the PCB (ProfetKeyboards 01-05-2017). Has been submitted to the ErgoDox github repo for inclusion.
It allows for the PCB to be used as a GamePad (left side only).
The PCB adds an optional reset switch as well as allowing for the USB port to be mounted upside down. This allows the use of standard ErgoDox cases.
This revision of the PCB is totally backwards compatible and can be used in a standard ErgoDox setup OR as a gamepad setup.
