I have created a new category, [wiki]Category:Translation required[/wiki], into which I am placing all the pages which are dependent on references to other websites written in a foreign language. In particular, Chinese and Japanese, as they come back as double Dutch after machine translation.

In particular, I'm including all of alps.tw's forum topics, because the most I can reliably extract from those are the weight and dimensions.

All the pages in this category need updating with additional written material taken from the referenced pages. In some cases, we need the images too, but I'm mostly concerned with alps.tw's material and we're already permitted to use the images (they just need salvaging).
