1977 Micro Switch Teleprinter Keyboard Module

I just got this keyboard module which apparently went with some sort of teleprinter. This seems to date to the 24th week of 1977 judging by the 4-digit date code.

It appears mr_a500 has a similar keyboard module.
Like mr_a500's board it seems most switches are 1B3B's.
Something I haven't seen before and just like mr_a500's board are 4 switches which use a 9B3B LED switch and LED-style keycap.
