What is this Double Shot Keycap?

In looking over the scrapped keyboards that I have, I found this one with the Double Shot caps. I've tried to find it looking through the various ones mentioned on Deskthority, but couldn't find one like this. The KB appears to have been a Keytronic from 1986. Any help will be appreciated.

Some sort of Key Tronic dome with slider I think. Slider is different from the one in the wiki though.

That filth is gorgeous!
I have a boringly filthy picture of those same keycaps and I can confirm mine are for (Key Tronic) Foam and Foil:
Regarding the different Switch, or rather different Slider format, maybe yours is some kind if clicky version?

those lightning effects are awesome. my wild guess would be mold?
