Cutting New IBM Beamspring Stems

I've recently started restoring an IBM 327X 75 key beamspring and I need to replace a few of the stems. Given the price and scarcity of original parts, I would like to laser cut some new stems out of stainless steel, which should hypothetically be an upgrade over the originals. I could create my own model, but if anyone already has an accurate STL or DXF, I would really appreciate it if you could share it with me. Cheers!

Have you considered just replacing the thin metal part, if that is the only broken part? I believe I have some extra ones that have not been installed to the new beam spring boards. They should be exact reproductions of the originals. Removing the original metal parts without damaging them may not be easy and may require a creative solution to reattach the replacement metal part. Email me if interested.

I am trying to replace the metal stems that go into the plastic barrels, not the spring steel itself.

Hello,
how many metal stems do you need ?
I may have some spares for you.
You can PM me to discuss the details, if you are interested.
Do not worry, I they will not be expensive at all.
If I can help someone to bring his/her keyboard alive, I will be happy. Your joy will pay me back

Apologies, I did not read that elipse offered a solution before I posted. His option, (EEUU to EEUU) may be better.
