Fujitsu FKB8727: Good first old keyboard or trash?

Good morning, good afternoon or good night.
So, i've been searching for an old keyboard to buy (it's going to be my first one), since i finally have a little bit of money, but the options in my country are quite limited unfortunately.
However, searching on Facebook Marketplace, i found this keyboard on a batch for only 10 reais (approximately 4 dollars), very cheap. It's an Fujitsu FKB8727 (according to telcontar.net, it's a Rubber dome over membrane with discrete plungers keyboard).
So, in your opinion, is this keyboard a good option, or should i keep my money and wait for something like a BTC to appear?
Any help is appreciated.
