Yeah, it is. Been looking for an Model F for a while. But I have zero patience for people that fuck around like that on eBay. I used to let it go, then I had 4 people do it in succession. From then on, I decided that I wouldn't accept it.

I would suggest this:
Révise à la hausse les frais de port une fois l'enchère finie, refuse de livrer.

Perhaps fellow posters here will have other suggestions
