Just converted my variable to even 45g by moving all the 35g domes to the function row and page up/down.

Variable wasn't for me, found it very mushy.

Nice clean cuts you've done there

I wonder if the re-arranged air channels would make it feel slightly different? If anything it might offer a couple more grams of resistance on some keys if it was being blocked by an adjacent switch?
