can't get the switches to come off after desoldering

so im tying to desolder some switches but the solder wont come off, is it my sucker? it says there 20g or im i doing it wrong?

It sometimes helps to add a little solder first or apply some flux. If a pump doesn't really work as is often the case try desolder wick or a more expensive pump/iron combo.

If it sucks only partially it often helps to re-add some solder, then suck again.
Also you have to be quick with the pump:
Melt the joint with the iron in one hand, the cocked pump in the other - hold the tip in place half a second longer after melting to ensure it's all liquid then quickly move the iron out of the way and instantly suck it up.
When using desolder wick it helps to apply a little solder to the iron tip first to better conduct heat between the two.

speed is the secret. Heat up the solder until it is real liquid. Still heat it up another second. Than remove the iron, and put the desolderpump in lightning speed over the solder and fire.
And it is a exercise thing. Do it 20 or 30 times. After that you should have a 9 to 10 success.

Check also the pump it is really vaccum closed. Try to turn the thread's. Keep the pump clean.
Make the keyboard stand tide so you could give the pump a little more pressure in the downpress.

thanks for the advice, tho i got it earlier from a youtube vid thought the real culprit was the pump.

it also din help that i raged and yanked out 10 switches using the iron before proceeding to go all "hulk smash" on the pcb. imma going to miss this leopol fc700r pcb T.T it's time for some phantom!

You don't need to remove the iron before you use the pump, the plastic tip can take some heat just be quick and you won't melt it.

Test the pump on your finger, if the underpressure stops it halfway it's working.
