Hi!
just wondering if you have any input.
Thinking of buying a keyboard specific for the next Round 5 GB.
The board need to be quite cheap either second hand or new. And a want as regular layout as possible in ISO.
I'm thinking of:
Qpad MK50
Steelseries 6gv2
CM Storm rapid TKL(really I want TK but this is cheap and no humbug on it.
I am going to repaint it, and change switches for clears.
Now just give me tips and ideas on this.
Sincerely.

I suggest:
G80-[0123]([[:digit:]]{3})
Especially:
G80-2551 without key caps.
Or: Tipro!!!

Hi!
WASD keyboards have a good chart on that:
http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/keycap-compatibility
Green basically means compatible with standard Filco layout.
So I'd recommend the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid and warn you against buying the Steelseries 6gv2,
The Qpad MK50 is not in that chart, but it has nonstandard modifiers (which you can still get in the group buy, but you might have to buy a more expensive set), and the space bar is only 6'' long -- you won't get a 6'' space bar in the group buy.

There have been 6u space bars in previous group buys, but they have only fit a few models of Cherry G80-series keyboards where stem is offset from centre. The Qpad's space bar has a centred stem.

The space bars in Round 5 are multi-stemmed "universal" style. The wiki has diagrams of the mount points. But this is an SA profile GB. Those 6 unit space bars in previous buys were DSA or DCS unless I'm mistaken.

Thanks for all the input. But it would be nice if the spacebar fits a qpad mk50. I can get one now for 500sek (US $78).
Otherwise I get another one. Anyone have a filco fullsized for sale

.
Saw that wasdkeyboards sell keynoards without caps now. But they have sold out on my favorite switches. But in the description they say that you can choose clears but there is no option for clears.
What do you think about this TTesport MEKA?:

But i think the colors will be f upped because of the crazy placement of -_ key and shift.

And what about ducky? g2pro for example?
For those interested I went for a Ducky g2pro because it have standard layout and 1.25 modifier keys. Easy to get a good GB kit for. Even the extra keys on the top right.
