The Ducky Secret is great! I now click with confidence like I never did before. Finally the scroll wheel is a proper button too. The encoder is also a lot better than on my previous mouse.

Right thumb mostly (I'm right handed), unless I can type a word using only my left hand, like 'database' or 'test'. Then I use my left thumb. This is a bit of a problem since I mapped the left half of the spacebar (split spacebar) to enter.

The software is ment for rendering animated movies but works as well for making 3d designs. There are more infos on blender.org .

I'd put them either side of the space bar if I weren't already so used to using my thumbs for Command on the Mac. Prime real estate!

You are right. I placed the Fn keys next to the spacebar. These are my most frequently used modifiers so they're easy to reach with your thumb ...

My keyboard has a split spacebar. The righthand half acts as spacebar while the lefthand half is mapped to enter.

fn + I J K L = arrow cluster.
I love this! All the arrow keys you'll ever need accessible on the home row.

fn + E S D F = page up / page down / home / end

Sounds like a nice project. Modding can be tricky. The switches are plate mounted, so you can't open the switches without desoldering afaik. On my mid128 I desoldered all Cherry blacks and swapped 'em for Cherry browns.

Isn't the usb keyboard spec limited to 6kro? I believe that is the reason why some are using a usb composite device with multiple keyboard devices to increase the number of keys before roll over. I was wondering if you were using the same method to get nkro on a usb keyboard.
