The closest I've found is Filco's a beige tenkeyless keyboard, but unfortunately with red switches only.

I wonder if it is possible to buy two: one with blue (or brown) switches in black, and one with red switches in beige, and then to open them up and switch the plastic casings around to get one ...

NOIR/TKL is just white on black like Cherry key caps but thinner font and thinner caps.

I understand thinner font, but how are the actual caps thinner?

Since they seem to be in stock, I'm tempted by the ROUND3/TKL/BLACK and NOIR/TKL kits. Are there any pictures around of actual key caps to see what they look like?
