The white insides are more rare. How would you have been ripped off? You bought a Model M on ebay and you got a Model M.

Can i ask you something ? Did i just get ripped off ?
I opened the Model M to clean it and noticed something funny. The insides of the Model M where white instead of Black.

A good place to get replacement keycaps is clickykeyboards.com. They salvage them from original model Ms that they refurbish.

Thank you my friend, it seems that i am in the search of the key caps now :). I'm guessing it shouldn't be that hard to find some of them. I don't know what to do about the circuit, once i plug in the cable i can pull it slowly back out so it's not that bad, but as you can guess i would prefer if ...

1.It looks like they have mixed the keycaps with non-original ones.
Man that sucks, i was hoping that this wasn't the case.
2. Cotten buds (q-tips) and isopropyl alcohol.
