How would I correct that?

I don't understand why I haven't received my caps.

I got a WASSUP response from 7bot... They haven't even shipped yet?
These caps were ordered in November of 2016! Any idea what the holdup is?

What's the situation with 0732? Wassup hasn't changed, but it supposedly shipped like, a month ago.
I shipped tracked...

I did add SHIPTRACKED, and I paid too.

I tried WASSUP, a few weeks ago, but no response. I tried again today too. I guess we'll see.

Should I have received a tracking number when my order shipped?
