Hi guys...

I spilled some coffee with sugar on my Filco Majestouch 2, it dried, and now some switches are a little bit sticky :( Is there a way to clean those without desoldering them?

Thanks in advance,
Don

Realistically, if stuff made its way to the inside of the switch, you most likely will have to desolder and/or replace the switches. Some people had success bathing them in pure cleaning-alcohol, but I don't think it will be worth it.

I spilled coffee on my Filco just some time ago.

Opened it up completely, removed keycaps, and bathed the whole thing in distilled water. Someone also recommended spraying the stuff on switches while pressing them so it would get in them. Afterwards I let it dry for 2 days and it turned out to work perfectly.
