RGB LED keyboards for EACH key

In which year we will be able to buy RGB LED keyboards for EACH key under 500 Euro? Luxeed seems to have too cheap built quailty. Other requirements would be, all the rgb color setting should be freely programmable, in my ideal wish case for AutoHotkey control, so having some .dll which allows to set the rgb color via AutoHotkey.

So as a summary:
- keys as available in the video above, with rgb colors would be sufficient
- free setting of each rgb key color via AutoHotkey should be possible
- should also support blinking up to a certain frequency, imagine the blinking speed of the RS7000 groovebox sequencer leds
- price range 500..700 Euros maybe
- good quality keyboard keys and switches, so not like Luxeed cheap plastic, something better
- should also have a Numpad section

Why?
I want to use such a keyboard NOT mainly for typing, which is of course also possible, but a general midi controller device, which I have built and using already, but the rgb color feedback on each key is missing, where I would wish I had already, so I am waiting still for such programmable rgb led keyboards to appear on the market.

Maybe the poll results can give a feel how long I still have to wait for such a product.
