Do anybody know about this keyboard?

Howdy, guys!

Someone is offering this keyboard here in Brazil:

The seller says the manufacturer is "ERISON ELETRONICS,INC", model is "ER-M111KAM" and FCC ID is "G2CSK-1103P".
However, I just can't find any additional info (switches/rubber dome? year?) about this board, neither on google or GH wikis. I asked the seller directly but he doesnt seem to understand what a switch or a rubber dome is and can't figure it out.

So, can anyone hand me some info? Is it worth buying for historical value, or is it just another old and worn-out piece of cheap rubber crap?

Never seen one of these. Going just by the look of the keycaps, I would bet its an ALPS board. Could also be a rubber dome, never know.
