Update 2: Sold!
After long consideration I'm selling my Cherry G80-5000 with the German keyboard layout and the F Key strip on the left hand side. It has been my daily for a long time but is currently just sitting in its box since it is a bit too big for my current setup.
This is not a collector's piece that has been sitting around in a display case, it has been actively used. It is however still in very good condition with one exception: some of the flat rubber/silicone feet on the underside have started to disintegrate into a sticky gooey mess, so these would need to be replaced. This does however not include the feet on the flaps for tilting the keyboard, these still seem to be in perfect shape. Price-wise I have no idea what these are worth at the moment. Ebay shows one BNIB for about 850€, googling gives a wide range of 300€-600€, so I will put it up for an asking price of 400€ which seems on the more reasonable end of the spectrum. Shipping within Germany is included.
